You can use Johann to check the 140 gear drops. They are the same stats. Sells hat, robe, boots, wand, athame, amulet, ring, and deck recipes. However these gears will not have any set bonus. There are many amazing new gears in Karamelle. They are also an alternative to Dragoon although your stats will be lowered. The best are the executive rings, executive wands, and Uber(or other 140) amulets.
The athames can be good as well depending on your school.

Aberrant Paradox
Unlocked from the final instance quest in Karamelle. He is the final boss and has a chance to drop all gears, spellements, and some jewels.

The downside to farming Paradox is it has a massive drop pool. It drops nearly everything and it isn't school locked. Other places are likely better if you want a specific piece.
Shadow Nana

Shadow Nana Is probably the best place to farm for the executive wands. Many people use these in pvp for their high shadow pip rating, high pierce, and high damage. They are not as good for pve. Though they are a free alternative.

- Unlocked from Heidi Intensity (sidequest) It is given by Dieter in Gutenstadt. This is a one fight instance which will increase farming speed.

- Unlocked from Can Haz Qhats (Storyline) Copy Qhat is behind multiple fights which will make farming slower. However the low drop pool makes getting the Uber hat extremely easy.
